This Return & Refund Policy describes the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted by Mad Priest Miniatures (Asociația de Modelism Mad Priest – Preotul Trăznit) (“we”, “us”, “our”).

 

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms set out below.

 

  1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CONSUMERS)

 

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the products, without providing a reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

 

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing at office@mad-priest.com within the withdrawal period.

 

  1. CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

 

Returned items must:

– be unused and in original condition

– be returned in the original packaging

– include all accessories and documentation

 

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

 

  1. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

 

The following items are not eligible for return:

– customized or made-to-order products

– limited edition items

– gift cards

– items damaged due to misuse or negligence

 

  1. RETURN SHIPPING

 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

 

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

 

  1. REFUNDS

 

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 days.

 

  1. EXCHANGES

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

To request an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos.

 

  1. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

 

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

 

  1. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

 

For returns from outside the EU, customs duties and shipping fees are non-refundable.

The customer is responsible for any return-related customs charges.
